My doula services include the following:

Initial visit is FREE and is an opportunity to introduce ourselves and to answer any questions.  We can meet in a public place or I can come to your home.  This is a great opportunity to see if I am a good match for your specific needs.

Once Hired...

• At least 2 comprehensive prenatal visits with you and your partner
  

• Assistance with preparing a birth plan 

• 24/7 contact availability by phone or e-mail with questions or concerns

• Continuous support during entire length of labor and up to 2 hours after birth
  

• Guaranteed back-up Doula

• Breastfeeding support  

• One postpartum visit in your home to assure everything is going well and to offer any additional resources

I travel to all hospitals in and around the Denver Metro Area.  I also assist at home births with a certified midwife and at the birthing center.


Complete Doula Care is $600 with half due at time of hire and second half due two weeks before expected due date.

"Throughout my pregnancy, I always had the fear of giving birth and as it got closer to the due date, my anxiety rose at the thought of having to actually do this.  I was terrified of dying, getting paralyzed by the epidural, and I was convinced that I just could not do it.
